Cami Misch

Interim President and Chief Executive Officer

Cami Misch is the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer for BNSF Logistics. In her role, Cami focuses on providing strategic direction for BNSF Logistics executives and senior leadership to drive profitable growth.

Cami is dedicated to building high-performance teams that challenge the status quo and initiate solutions. She believes in driving efficiency through innovation, continuous improvement, and technology solutions.

Prior to assuming the role as interim President, Cami has been with the BNSF Railway for over 25 years. She’s held multiple senior and executive leadership roles in her time at the railway. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kansas State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Christian University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Tom Madzy

Chief Information
Officer

In his role as Chief Information Officer, Tom Madzy strategically leads the IT team in developing new technology to meet the dynamic conditions of the logistics industry.

Tom is passionate about consistently improving processes within BNSF Logistics by building best-in-class freight and logistics management tools to support our internal users, customers, and partners.

Tom has been with BNSF Logistics for almost 5 years. Prior to joining BNSF Logistics, Tom spent more than 13 years serving in other senior and executive leadership roles that lead the development and deployment of internal systems for worldwide shipping, warehousing, and order tracking. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, reading, cooking, and attending sporting events.

Ron Edmundson

Chief Accounting Officer &
Treasurer

In his role, he leads all aspects of BNSF Logistics’ accounting, reporting, and audit functions. He also manages all shared services including the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay business processes.

Additionally, he is responsible for insurance and claim-related matters for the company.

Ron has worked for BNSF Logistics for almost 10 years. Prior to joining BNSF Logistics, Ron held various senior and executive roles in public accounting and the transportation industry. He is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Public Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in Colorado with his wife, son, and twin girls.

Brant Nieminski

Executive Vice President, Over the Road

In his role, Brant is responsible for delivering strategic leadership for OTR to profitably grow volume and scale the business by elevating service delivery, increasing business efficiency, and integrating new technology that enhances our customers’ and carriers’ logistics experiences.

Brant is passionate about building and leading high-performance, customer-focused teams that like to have fun in the pursuit of greatness. As an engineer and lean six sigma master black belt, he is rooted in lean business processes and technologies designed to deliver exceptional results for his customers.

Prior to BNSF Logistics, Brant served in senior and executive roles in the logistics, retail, and manufacturing industries for the past 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at his Minnesota home boating, fishing, and snowmobiling with his family and friends.

Robert Sutton

Executive Vice President,
Innovation

Robert provides leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to the innovation team which includes, research and development, corporate strategy, and the office of Project Management. What excites Robert is the opportunity to create and leverage progressive logistics concepts that positively impact our customers’ supply chains and improves the overall transportation and logistics market.

Before stepping into the role of Executive Vice President, Robert led the US and International Project and Rail Services as Senior Vice President. Roberts extensive leadership experience spans over 25 years in the transportation and logistics industry.

Robert received his Bachelors of Science, Business Administration in Finance from the University of Arkansas. He is an active member of the Supply Chain Management Research Center and the Ozark chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Robert serves his local community by serving in various roles with the Boy Scouts of America and as a board member for Arkansas Junior Achievement.

Yancey Bowen

Executive Vice President, Specialty Services

In his role, Yancey is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Specialty Services operating team as well as overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure company objectives are achieved related to profitability and customer service.

Yancey is passionate about building strong relationships with our customers by delivering the services and solutions their organizations need to be successful. He takes great pride in showcasing the skills of his team through their ability to solve problems for customers by gaining familiarity with their business from the inside out. He places extra importance on giving his employees the opportunity to become well-rounded professionals by offering them the development tools they need to grow along with the organization.

Yancey has worked for BNSF Logistics for almost 20 years. Prior to becoming the EVP, Specialty Services at BNSF Logistics, Yancey has served in other senior and executive roles in the transportation and logistics industry and at BNSF Logistics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Arkansas. In his free time, he enjoys time with his family, preferably outdoors.
