Eric Wolfe – Vice President and General Manager

Mr. Wolfe has held senior leadership positions with J.B. Hunt Logistics, Inc. (now part of Transplace); Cardinal Logistics, Inc.; and Clicklogistics, Inc.; where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He assumed the leadership role at BNSF Logistics after BNSF Corporation acquired specific assets from Clicklogistics, Inc., in August 2002. Mr. Wolfe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a Master of Business Administration from TCU at Fort Worth.

Frank Armstrong - Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Armstrong has extensive experience in sales, development and management of transportation and distribution logistics solutions. Prior to joining BNSF Logistics, he was Executive Vice President of Logistics Services at Transplace and Senior Vice President of Operations for J.B. Hunt Logistics, Inc. Mr. Armstrong received a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University and his Master of Business Administration from Tulane University.

Yancey Bowen – Regional Vice President, Operations

Mr. Bowen has extensive experience in transportation sales and brokerage operations. Prior to joining BNSF Logistics, Mr. Bowen served as Sales Director, Vice President of Logistics and held other senior management positions with Cannon Express Corp., Rite Choice Transport, Inc. and Esco Transportation, Inc.

Shannon Boyd - Director, Marketing and Business Development

Mr. Boyd held leadership positions with Transplace and J.B. Hunt Logistics, Inc., prior to joining BNSF Logistics. His responsibilities have focused on operations, implementation, engineering, business development, marketing, legal and risk management, and strategy development. Mr. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science from Arkansas Tech University, a Master of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Andrew Cordischi – Vice President, Technology

Mr. Cordischi has significant experience in supply chain operations, technology, and integration. He has led successful implementation initiatives in the retail and manufacturing sectors and has held application management and design positions during his career. Prior to joining BNSF Logistics, Mr. Cordischi held key positions including Senior Implementation Manager and Director of Professional Services with J.B. Hunt Logistics, Inc. Cardinal Logistics, Inc. and Clicklogistics, Inc. Mr. Cordischi received his Bachelors degree in Economics from Indiana University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University.

Judd Gilgen - Director, Pricing and Carrier Services

Mr. Gilgen has a comprehensive professional background in supply chain management, systems integration and business process engineering. Prior to joining BNSF Logistics, Mr. Gilgen held leadership positions with Transplace and J.B. Hunt Logistics in Operations and Implementation. Mr. Gilgen received his Bachelors degree in Finance and his Master of Business Administration degree from Missouri State University.

Mike Huseby - Vice President, International Business Development

Mr. Huseby has held many leadership positions in the International Logistics Services industry. He began his career with The Harper Group and ultimately acquired full ownership of Diversified Freight Logistics in 2000. Mr. Huseby owned and operated Diversified Freight Logistics as the CEO from 2000 until he sold the business to BNSF Logistics in 2008.

Mike Lancaster - Vice President and General Manager, BNSF Logistics International

Mr. Lancaster has held senior leadership positions as Regional Director of BAX Global, Senior Vice President of Circle International, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Diversified Freight Logistics, Inc. He is a 29-year veteran of the transportation and logistics industry with extensive experience in the design and implementation of global logistics solutions that deliver superior customer service.

Lynda Norris – Director, Strategic Accounts

Ms. Norris has extensive experience in supplier procurement and growth strategies. Prior to joining BNSF Logistics, she held various supply chain positions at BNSF Railway including Director of Supply Chain Management, Director of Sourcing – Intermodal and Manager of Logistics. Ms. Norris received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washburn University and a Master of Business Administration from Baker University.

Craig Parrish – Director, Administrative Services

Mr. Parrish has held key positions in operations, finance, risk management, and human resources with Clicklogistics, Inc., Cardinal Logistics, Inc., and Central Transport International, Inc. At BNSF Logistics, he is responsible for developing policies and programs encompassing all aspects of recruiting, training, and organizational effectiveness and leads initiatives that enhance risk management. Mr. Parrish received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Webster University.

Mark Richards – Vice President, Finance

Mr. Richards has significant financial management experience with startups, turnarounds and high growth companies. Prior to joining BNSF Logistics, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sonus Corp., a publicly traded company with over 100 operating locations throughout the US and Canada. Mr. Richards is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Robert Sutton – Director, Supply Chain Services

Mr. Sutton has significant experience deploying supply chain services for e-commerce, industrial and retail clients. His focus includes operations management, business process optimization, and implementation. Prior to joining BNSF Logistics, Mr. Sutton held key positions including General Manager and Operations Manager with J.B. Hunt Logistics, Inc. and Transplace.
