
The following data comes as a result of our most recent customer survey, completed in early 2012 by an independent third party marketing research firm. As the graphics and numbers below detail, our customers continue to be highly satisfied with the service they receive from BNSF Logistics.
It is our responsibility to provide proactive and creative solutions, as well as good, old fashioned, quality delivery performance, and we take that responsibility seriously.. The overall BNSF Logistics satisfaction rating continues to improve each year, in line with our company objective to focus on and create better customer value on an ongoing basis.
Overall customer satisfaction is critically important to us to us, and we're proud to boast such high satisfaction scores. One-third of our customers give our service a perfect 10 out of 10, while more than 80% of our customers rate us an 8 or above.
Our customer service representatives are the face of our company, and we empower them to identify the best solutions and offer the best possible service for our customers. This is reflected in our high attribute ratings, where our people received a 90% positive rating (“Excellent” to “Good”) in every measurable category. A small sampling of those categories is below.
